These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Gaia Empress website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies referenced on this website.

Products and pricing

Product information, availability and prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. We may correct obvious errors and update product information or availability when necessary.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Payment is processed through the payment methods presented at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not prevent us from contacting you if an order cannot be fulfilled.

Shipping

Gaia Empress ships within Canada. Current website shipping is $11 CAD for eligible orders under $75 CAD, with free shipping on eligible orders of $75 CAD or more. The checkout total shown before payment is the amount applicable to that order.

Damaged or missing orders

Damaged and confirmed undelivered orders are handled according to our Returns, Refunds & Damaged Orders Policy. Eligible approved claims are resolved by replacement at no additional cost.

Website use

Website content, branding, product photography, graphics and other materials are owned by or licensed to Gaia Empress and may not be copied or used without permission except as permitted by law.

Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the information presented during checkout.

Applicable rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
